Sollte ich die Behinderung im Bewerbungsprozess lieber gar nicht angeben?
Wie geht ihr damit um?
Nicht mehr sagen. Auf gar keinen Fall.
Einmal habe ich das nach drei Jahren im Betrieb erzählt, und bin anschließend auch nicht fest eingestellt worden. Könnte zusammenhängen. Dass man Angst hat "so jemanden fest einzustellen".
Darum werde ich das in Zukunft wieder verschweigen.
