@ Du könntest ja jeden zweiten Tag Deine Zigaretten etwas weiter weg holen... und das dann mit dem Einkaufen verbinden (Rucksack mitnehmen).
Zumindest mal zwei Wochen Ausprobieren.
PS.:
Wenn etwas weiter weg ist, kann man beispielsweise auch Rollschuhlaufen, dann dauert es nicht so lange... ab und an mache ich das. Ist aber nichts für jedermann.
Und in einer Tiefphase mache ich das auch nicht.
