Für heftige Heißhungerattacken, vor allem nach dem Fitness, nehme ich einen Eiweißshake. Der dann entweder nach Vanille oder Schokolade schmeckt und damit auch das süße Spektrum abdeckt.
Nebenbei soll das sowohl beim Muskelaufbau als auch beim Abnehmen helfen.
Ist auch nur etwas für so alle paar Tage, nicht für täglich - weil ich als "Lithiumschlucker" auch an die Nieren denke.
