Für mich ist die Unfähigkeit, Musik zu ertragen, fast schon ein Gradmesser für die Schwere einer depressiven Phase. Wenn´s ganz schlimm ist, ertrag ich überhaupt keine Musik, egal ob die eher fröhlich oder eher traurig daherkommt. Musik hat eben - so oder so - was sehr Lebendiges. Und davon bin ich in schweren Phasen soweit entfernt, daß die Konfrontation damit meine Wehmut über den Verlust aller selbst empfundenen Lebendigkeit nur bis zur gänzlichen Trost- und Haltlosigkeit verstärkt.
